How to Register:

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to register. There are 2 ways to register:

1) Online through our website - Paid by credit card (or your Paypal account) this is the preferred method for students to register. Website registrations will have priority. Click here to register.

To register online choose the course you would like, fill out the online registration form, then you will be taken to Paypal.com for payment. YOU CAN PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD - YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. After payment is made Paypal.com will send you back to our website for confirmation. MAKE SURE YOU RETURN TO OUR WEBSITE FROM PAYPAL to confirm.

2) Downloading our PDF form and applying in person (pay by credit card or cheque) or mailing your registration with a cheque. We must receive your registration 2 weeks before the semester starts.

• Print the form and fill out blanks completely.
• Drop off the cheque and registration form to our offices or mail to:

Makes cheque payable to: Calgary Spanish Academy, with appropriate fee +GST (5%).
You’ll receive a confirmation note as soon as we receive the fees and form.

Registration Policies:

Payments must be made at the time of registration. Cash, cheque and credit card are accepted. Installment payments can be arranged; however, postdated cheques or a credit card number must be provided at the time of registration. A $25 administration fee is charged on all NSF cheques.

Withdrawal Policy:

• A full refund is given only if a class is cancelled by Calgary Spanish Academy Ltd.
• Class transfers within the same session are processed at no charge, space permitting.
• If you withdraw 7 days or more before the first class, a $25 administration fee will be charged. You may request a refund of the remaining tuition or leave a credit on your account for future use.
• No refunds or credits for future sessions will be provided within 7 days of the first class or after the class has begun, unless the withdrawal is due to medical circumstances.
• Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and make-ups must be completed within the same session.
